The forest park of Rouffiac enjoys a vast playground for mountain biking. Between undergrowth, clearings and small reliefs, the trails allow you to fully enjoy the natural setting of Périgord Vert while pedaling.

Campsite guests can rent a mountain bike directly on site and go for a walk independently. It is an ideal activity to enjoy the great outdoors and discover the site in a different way. The reservation is made by phone, depending on the available bikes.
The outing begins with the distribution of material and a warm-up. Depending on the level of the group, the facilitator proposes different steps: braking techniques, shifting, posture and balance. In progress, the group can: work on ease on forest paths, go around the base or even evolve on the bike park and test the springboards according to the chosen line (green, blue or red). Each session is adapted to the rhythm and abilities of the group.
